2. Grill the Patties

Preheat your grill with both hot and cool zones.

Place the patties on the hot side of the grill and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through.
3. Glaze with BBQ Sauce

Move patties to the cool side of the grill, close the lid, and let the sauce caramelize for 2–3 minutes.
4. Toast the Buns

Place buns on the grill, cut-side down, and toast until golden and slightly crisp.
5. Build the Burgers
