Shipping policy

When purchasing items from our Website, we or a third-party will ship you your order. If a third-party is used for shipping, the shipping is governed by the third-party’s Terms of Service and other applicable policies. Contact us to gain access to the third party’s identity and policies. We typically use Fedex or UPS for shipments.

  • Shipping Costs: When you purchase our goods, the cost of the shipping will be calculated and presented to you during the checkout process.
  • Processing and Shipping Time: The amount of time that it will take to ship the goods to you will be calculated and presented to you when you place your order.
  • Shipping Address: At this time, we only utilize shipping to an actual physical address. P.O. Boxes are not accepted.

Shipping Based On Geographic Location

  • Domestic 48 States

    • For standard, next-day, or second-day shipping, we utilize Fedex or UPS Ground. 

  • Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates & APO/FPO

    • If you use our online order form, we will utilize Fedex or UPS. If you prefer USPS Priority Mail Service for orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses, please fill out the Contact Us form and someone will contact you to fill the order. Once you exceed 5 lbs, the service is zoned. The further the destination, the higher the shipment costs will be. We can arrange service through FedEx, UPS, or DHL, which is considered an Air Service and is generally more expensive. 

  • Canada

    • For shipments to Canada, we utilize USPS Global Priority Mail. Shipments to extended areas of Canada may increase the cost of shipping. We’re able to provide quotes Monday-Friday on regular business days. Some quotes may take more than 24 hours because we have to wait for a freight company to quote us. Please fill out the Contact Us form. 

  • International Shipping

    • This is the same shipping information as above, in addition to the following: deliveries will not be made on Saturdays or holidays. International orders might take a few extra days to process due to the paperwork involved. Thanks for your patience!
      DUTIES & TARIFFS 

      • Cajun Blast is not responsible for the collection of duties or tariffs on International shipments. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to calculate and or pay for any tariffs or duties that may be due on the purchase. If duties are not paid by on entry to the destination country, or is refused, Cajun Blast reserves the right to charge for fees incurred to ship the product back to our facility in Crowley, LA.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us within 3 hours of placing your order, so we can do our best to fix it. If we are able to update the address before it ships, we'll gladly take care of it. If the order has already shipped, unfortunately, we won't be able to change the address. If the package is delivered to the wrong address due to your error, we are not responsible for the loss or delivery to the wrong recipient. However, if the package is returned to us, we can arrange for re-shipping, and please note that you’ll be responsible for the full cost of re-shipping.
