We notify customers via email at the time the order is shipped. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier that we used to ship your order. Click on the link to the shipping carrier and enter your tracking number to view the location of your package. For most orders, we utilize Fedex or UPS Ground.

If you are looking for a custom retail order (not wholesale), simply fill out the Contact Us form, and we'll get back to you about your order! Please include as much information as possible so we can best answer your request.

If your order was damaged in shipment, please email pictures and your order number to productsales@cajunblast.com and we will fix or refund your order. If your order was from a third-party vendor (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) please reach out to them. See more on our Shipping & Returns policy.

If you wish to return your order, please send us a message within two weeks (14 days) of receiving your order letting us know you would like to return your order. Please see our Shipping and Returns policy.

When you place your order, the exact shipping amount is calculated along with a total cost of goods (including taxes where applicable) prior to your credit card being charged. See our Shipping & Returns policy.

We use Fedex or UPS Ground for most shipments.

We understand that mistakes happen. If you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us within 3 hours of placing your order so we can do our best to fix it. If we're able to update the address before it ships, we'll gladly take care of it. If the order has already shipped, unfortunately, we won't be able to change the address at that point. If the package is delivered to the wrong address due to your error, we are not responsible for the loss or delivery to the wrong recipient.
